Ubiquiti Networks offers scalable network components for private use through to professional use in companies. With our Support Packs, we offer the opportunity to take advantage of additional comprehensive services.
Information on the scope of the Support Packs
In addition to the Onsite Support Packs, which include the replacement of defective hardware, we also offer Onsite and Remote Support for questions regarding the design, installation and configuration of the network solution.
Ubiquiti Onsite
Support Packs and Ubiquiti Consulting Support Packs
The Onsite Support Packs are only valid for new Ubiquiti systems.
The term is 5 years in each case and there are two SLAs (Service Level Agreement) to choose .
These are contingent support packs with CHF 2'000.00 / 5'000.00 / 10'000.00 / 20'0000.00 credit.
Within the selected contingent, any number of Ubiquiti components can be insured until the contingent is exhausted.
The application possibilities of Ubiquiti components are almost unlimited and the installation/configuration lies in the details.
The required setting is quickly overlooked and problems arise during operation.
With our Consulting Support Packs, you have the opportunity to check the necessary details with a certified Ubiquiti technician via remote maintenance or on-site at your premises and to use your Ubiquiti infrastructure in the best possible way.
We offer 2-hour and 5-hour packages, optionally with remote support (remote maintenance) or on-site (on-site).
Please note that third-party products used in your network may be unfamiliar and additional specialists may be required.
