Synorepair
In partnership with Synology GmbH, S+O AG offers out-of-warranty repairs for Synology systems. This service is available to both private and business customers and is available in the DACH region. Synology systems are often operated by customers well beyond the warranty period, and the primary option of purchasing a new system is also the option of repairing the old system. This service is intended to provide another service for Synology customers.
Supportpacks
They cover the comprehensive diagnosis of hardware errors and their elimination through repair or replacement. The Support Packs are made up of predefined services with SLAs (Service Level Agreement) and are designed to conform with sales channels. We protect your IT systems to the full extent: Our services go beyond the manufacturer's standard guarantee, thereby ensuring greater flexibility and security.

With our brokerage service, you have the opportunity to resell or recycle this hardware in a safe, environmentally friendly and uncomplicated way.
This way, you get paid the remaining value of the hardware, but don't have to take care of the process yourself.
Data protection is our top priority, so you can be sure that your data will be irrevocably and securely deleted from your hardware.
